Payment terms
- Payment is due in full on receipt of invoice.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing before erection, the standard hire price includes up to four (4) weeks of hire.
- If a longer hire period is required, extended hire can be agreed prior to erection at an additional cost.
Hire period and extensions
- The standard hire period is four weeks from the date of scaffold erection (unless otherwise agreed).
- If you anticipate an overrun or need the scaffold to remain in place longer than planned, please contact us as early as possible so we can agree the extension and any additional charges.
Overruns and additional charges
- Where a job overruns and dismantling is delayed beyond the agreed hire period, additional hire charges may apply.
- Any additional charges will be calculated as a percentage of the original scaffold hire cost, based on the length of extension and the scope of the scaffold.
Contract works
- Contract works (including any non-standard, bespoke, or project-specific arrangements) may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
- Contract works terms will be agreed and confirmed on an individual basis prior to commencement.
